2006 Sebring Touring 2.7 - how difficult is it to change a thermostat on this car? ie. How long does it normally take and it is a easy diy job?
I drive short distances and want to put in a WINTER thermostat so car warms up faster.
Thanks

Changing the thermostat is not an easy job. You have to remove the alternator. The engine will not warm up faster with a "winter" thermostat but you might get a little bit more performance out of the heater. I think you will find that the reward is not worth the effort.
You might want to consider something like this instead:
