2 people or use both heads skillfully not real way to help best way U can hold the tension then tighten the one 13 up then the other with out loosing the tension.

ok thanks i thought i need to use torque wrench to it, one of my frienfs told me to use it,. anyway thank you so much sir, i appreciate it,.
