Default Misfire help! P0300 and P0562

I didn't think I'd be here asking but I'm at a loss. I have a 2008 sebring 4door. It has 93k on it and I have am getting codes P0300 multiple misfires and P0562 system voltage low. I changed the plugs and put a new fuel injector on cylinder 3 which was cylinder throwing a code at first. Has any one seen this problem? I tried to swap the ignition coil to see if it was bad and it never changed from cylinder 3. The car sat for about a month and after the fuel injector it has more power on take off than before but I'm getting those codes now. Thanks for any help.

Would this be causing multiple miss fires?

How old is the battery and what is its condition? A weak or failing battery will cause all sorts of weirdness.

Good system voltage is quite important for the computer to operate properly. If there's a bad connection somewhere in the charging circuit you might get a low voltage condition intermittently, which, as goose points out, can result in weirdness. That page I cited has several things that you should look at. The car is now halfway to being considered "antique", so bad connections are definitely possible.

I'll definitely check it out I believe the battery is about 4 years old. I never checked cause it's inside the fender but I'll see if it's putting out the right voltage or not. Thanks all!

Check the voltage at the terminals in the engine compartment. Look in your owners manual for jump-starting instructions to locate them. But it could be a bad connection somewhere that can pass voltage but not current, so battery voltage may or may not be significant. If the battery voltage is low, then that could be the entire problem. If the battery is good, then the problem is elsewhere, like a corroded or loose connection.

Looks like the highest I saw was 7.3 volts so I'm going to assume the battery is my culprit.

Could also be that the alternator isn't charging. Might want to try charging the battery if you have a battery charger. See if it will take and hold a charge. If the car will start, check the voltage with the engine running. If the alternator is working the voltage should be up.
