Default Oil Switch issue Sebring 2004

Got Sebring 2004 V6 2.7L sedan with two issues :

1- 6 months ago I replaced oil pressure switch after it was damaged ( flickers on idle ). everything was good untill last week when it started again to flicker on idle. I replaced again, it was good till this morning, it started to flicker again ! any ideas ? is it high oil pressure that is damaging the sensors? I'm using 5W30 oil according to manufacturer recommendation.

2- Engine has rough idle once A/C compressor clutch kicks.any ideals ?

Nothing came up with OBD ...

May be idling too low, and oil pressure is actually low as a result. Check oil pressure to see what is actually there. Check idle air control motor for proper functioning. The IACM is supposed to maintain proper idle speed based on instructions from the engine computer.
