Default Please help!!!

I have a 1996 sebring convertible jx. Recently I replaced my driver side door. I had a problem getting the wires to disconnect from the boot of the original door, so I snipped them. I think I saw a bit of a spark. Well anyway, I got the new door and and connected the new boot to the wires. But for some reason, my radio is no longer working. I have checked the fuse panel and all the fuses are good. Does any one have any suggestions as to what may be the problem? PLEASE HELP!!

Is there a fuse in the back of the radio? Do you have another car or radio to determine if your car or your radio is the problem? Does the radio not power on at all?

Are you having any other electrical problems anywhere else?

There is more than one fuse for the radio. There is a fuse that governs the radio when it's on, and another that governs it when it's off, because it requires current to run the clock. Check all of them, under the hood and in the fuse box at the end of the instrument panel.
