Default Rear window Cable replacement

Hi I have 2006 Sebring sedan. The rear window won’t stay up. Had it at the shop and the mechanic said it needs a new cable and that he couldn’t get the part.
After looking online I see that the part can be ordered. My question is, can you order the regulator with the cable and would it be a lot easier to just change all of it or just buy the cable and replace just that.
seems from watching videos the cable is a real pain!
Any info is greatly appreciated, thanks Jeff

Regulator can be ordered:

Also, check for aftermarket parts from places like RockAuto.

Sorry I may have not asked the question right.
Can I order the regulator with the cable already assembled versus just replacing the cable.

Why don't you contact that seller and ask them directly?
