Default Rpm

I have a 2005 sebring Tsi, and just curious as to what the RPM should be when traveling on the interstate. It is a 2.6L V6, it just seems louder than it used to be and like it needs to shift again when traveling 70-75 mph.

Thanks

I assume you meant 2.7L V-6. At freeway speeds you should expect the engine will be turning a little over 2000-2200 RPM.
Do you notice the presence of other shift points as you come up to speed? I would expect that if it's not shifting properly, the check engine light should have come on and there should be codes. You'll need a good code reader to be able to drill down to the transmission codes.
