Default Where does the other end of my hazard / nav plug go?

2007 Chrysler Sebring

This might sound crazy but . . .
My son had his shifter cable replaced. The mech had to pull the center console. When he replaced it, he never plugged in the three hazard cluster things.

And I can't find that wire anywhere! Thought I could just look for a loose plug and plug it in but nope.

Can anyone tell me where the other end of that wire goes so I can find it? I really don't want to pull the dash

I would take it back to the mechanic that did the job, since he did not put it back together correctly. It is his fault and he should correct it.
