2014 Chysler 300c New Brakes, Now Thumping Noise..?
So I changed the pads and rotors on a 2014 300c. The initial test drive was perfect, no noise and great stopping. Now after a few miles the front brakes are making a thumping noise. I replaced the brake clips 3 times and replaced the pads twice now. The noise just keeps coming back? I attached a small video of the noise, might have to turn your speakers up.

Check that the left front rotor is NOT cocked. ie some dirt or trash got behind the rotor mating surface. You may have a bad rotor out of the box due to bad machining Do you feel the thumping in the steering wheel?
Also, check that the caliper mounting bolts are fully seated and torqued.
If you don't feel the thump in the steering wheel,I would suspect that the issue is in the suspension components and not, strictly speaking, the brakes.
