Default 2016 upgrade dellima

Hi Everyone!
ive had the car 2 months and spring upgrades are happening.
the exhaust is my deed atm.
ive picked out Flowmaster Delta 50’s to due the job after i gut the stock muffler and resonator.
ive already have in hand my cold air intake parts ready to go on too as i think that matters some.
so the question....
1 or 2 series 50 Deltas?
A one pipe in and two out with a Y pipe? Id think on a V6 that muffler may need all i can get to it.
Or 2 full dual pipe setup? Or is there not enough output for two 50’s?

cost isnt the issue, but id like it done right the first time.
i dont want it loud, and im looking for more luxury than sport but i want it to growl nicely especially in the 2-3k rpm range.

thanks for any input!

I have the same anniversary 2016 model.
this same issue was given two weeks in my head to get an anawer.
i went with the flowmaster catback with dual Delta Super 44’s and resonators.
i love it despite the lack of love it gets here.
most i think want a constant sound and louder thas the catback.
its quit at0-2500rpm for prowling, and a true beast comes out at 3k rpm
i love it for what its not ‘loud all the time’ and no drowning.

if 2 Delta 44’s sound great with two on board, then two series 50 will sound great.
i also wanted to preserve my old exhaust for future resale just in case, and also keekStainless steel on all the current pipes.

either way will get you what you want, its just which path you feel best with.

The cold air kit will help alot.
stock- 21mpg
after cold air kit-24 mpg
catback on- 21mpg

im only guessing that the lost mpg is lost in gained horsepower.

ive consider a ecu tuning box and a solid preset. But dang i should be around 320 now and really hardly use half of that.
btw im 50 this year so i tend to make more rational choices.
