The dealer and Chrysler Star techs could not figure it out after 2.5 days at the dealer. They are going to try replacing the radio. Will post updates as progress is or si nto made.

I have tried to send a private message to Chrysler Cares but this forum doesn't allow me to do that. Even though I have registered on the forum. Is there any other way to send the VIN, email and phone number?

Dealer replaced the radio and it fixed the problem. Chrysler covered it which I deeply appreciated.

2013 Chrysler 300 base model V6 uconnect help

Hello just got 2013 Chrysler 300 base model V6 it's stuck on the loading please wait screen can't do any adjustments or anything is there a way to fix and also is there an updated version of this radio that I can get installed thank you for your time
