Exclamation Help!! My 2008 chrysler 300 is sick!!!

Omg!! My 2008 Chrysler 300 Limited 2.7 is not doing so well!! I have been going through it with my car. First the battery started acting up..didn't have the money to buy a new battery right away, so I kind of improvised...I used my mother's battery from her 2002 toyota sequoia, used tht for about a week without any problems. I went into Luby's one day and came out and my car would NOT start..didn't do anything..no lights..no instrument panel lights, couldn't switch gears, cant manually move the car at all..wouldn't do anything pretty much. Except the Anti-Theft red dot light lite up while trying to start the car, there was no blinking it just lite up while I turned the key. First I thought my batter must be dead so it had to be the alternator since the battery was brand spanking new! Sooo, I got it towed had the new alternator put on and the battery charged and NOTHING HAPPENED!!!! my car was sitting in a storage lot for about a week. I came back when I could afford the correct battery. I bought the correct battery and went to put it in..and guess what happened?! NOT A DAMN THING! Uugggh...I had it towed to my home and now I'm writing this forum to see if ANYONE knows what on earth could be wrong with my car!!! Any answers or questions are welcomed! I know nothing about cars and this is actually my FIRST vehicle. Please help!!

Are your car payments up to date? Some used car dealerships install remote kill switches that will disable the car if you get behind on your payments.

Thanks for replying!! I am actually paying on my car thru my bank, there isnt a kill switch on my 300. ...I did some research using my vin# found out there is a recall on the ignition switch...that may be the issue..hopefully anyway...I'm having it towed to a chrysler dealership here in houston!!
