Max Care Nightmare.
I have a brother in law who has gone through numerous cars purchased new, including a 2015 Challenger - long gone. Every single one is/was 'junk' according to him. My last 'problematic' new cars were 1970s and 1980's Chevrolets - everything since has been completely reliable, including my current 2020 300s. Sadly, I also suffered through a number of incompetent and/or disingenuous dealers until the late 1980s, often repairing the vehicles in question on my dime. Just some weird 'coincidences' I suppose?
I did purchase the 8 year Mopar MaxCare Plan, along with a Mopar MultiCare Plus Plan, both for $50 over cost each. I have complete confidence in my car but I'm getting up in years. I purchased the plans for my survivors to influence their decision to keep the car or not. Purchased a similar plan on my 2019 Ford Ranger, also for $50 over cost. Not likely to buy any more vehicles unless I win a jackpot of some sort.
Had a ceramic coat application applied last month to both vehicles - highly recommended.
