Max Care Nightmare.
Update. Now the dealership told me the transmission would not be arriving until April 7th. To me this is an unacceptable delay and it is being experienced by multiple industries. I am not sure who is to blame for the huge wait for parts. I do know this causes huge problems for individuals like myself and many others. The big issue I have is when I complained the company simply suspended my contract coverage. I feel completely let down by FCA at this point. How many folks have the means or patience to wait for months for repairs due to parts not being available. One thing is for certain the parts shortage is out of my control and not my responsibility. This to me is a clear cut case of FCA not honoring their responsibility. I am a very unhappy camper. I would be ok as I stated earlier in this thread for delays I am not ok with this corporation treating a repeat customer like a number and not as a person in need. I do not really know what to do at this point.
My 2020 with 10,018 miles as of this morning developed a mild vibration that was intermittent and usually went away after the tires/wheels were rotated. Never severe, but in stark contrast to the near glass smooth ride I received from time to time - 20" wheels and low profile tires noted. In recent months, I noticed the vibration was less subtle, but couldn't tell where it was coming from. A few weeks back, I paid the local shop to rotate the tires/wheels early (annual service next month). Lo and behold, the vibration mostly disappeared, but now I can tell it's coming from the rear. Still, a noticeable improvement. Asking the dealer to check it out, along with headlamp aiming and brake vacuum booster leak(?) when they do the annual service - state inspection.
Do continue keeping us updated.
Hoping you're feeling better after writing all of that. I didn't bother. I'm hoping to live out my old age in a peaceful neighborhood, but several people in my current neighborhood would have to go to jail before that happens. I'm happy with my life otherwise, overall.
You really need to improve your writing. Start by breaking your prose up into easily digestible paragraphs. Most, including me, won't waste our time past the first three sentences. We know you wrote this to yourself to feel better. Do you feel abused? Someone poured a cup of coffee through an open window on one of my out buildings in the last few days. Are they trying to send me a message? They must be thoroughly confused as I'm probably the best neighbor they've ever had.
I also would like to say this is not an English class or even close. I know how to communicate in the written form in an at least average way. I do not want or desire any criticism or instructions from fellow posters about my writing style grammar or structure. I am calm when saying that but I definitely do not need or want anything other than honestly written stories of other's experiences with Max Care Lifetime Warranties. P.S. google already has built in help and suggestions that are helpful for those not able to find the right words sometimes.
