I recently found a new site to pull up build sheets for Ram trucks (built after 1998). I tested with my VIN and surprise, it works for us too. Not as detailed as some I've seen before because it doesn't include the package sales codes, but it does list a lot.
Go to Ram Trucks site : Ram Trucks - Contact Us and then click on "Equipment Listing", Key in your VIN in the little box (must be the entire VIN, not the last 8) and hit search. Voila.
