Default Durango = Aspen?

I have an 08 5.7L Aspen, an I'm looking into installing a cold air intake, k&N 57 1539.

The instructions say it fits the 08 5.7 Durango, and the 07 5.7 Aspen, but omits the 08 Aspen.

Anyone know if the 08 5.7 Durango and 08 5.7 Aspen have identical engine bays?

Here is what I know. I have an 08 Aspen 5.7. I am using the AEM CAI. Part # 21-8216DC. Per their website, the same part fits on both 2007 & 2008 Durango & Aspen with the 5.7L. So I do not see why the K&N part would not fit on an 08 5.7L Aspen. The big change was for the 2009 model. The intake is completely different and therefore the 07-08 will not fit the 09. I would recommend contacting K&N for confirmation. Otherwise, I would recommend bumping up to the AEM which I find better anyway.
