Question 04 Pacifica - Major Electrical Issues

Hello I had posted a previous post for P0499 trouble code on my pacifica. It's still there unfortunately but I recently had the alternator rebuilt and now all my dashboard / electrical system is wacky:

- the dashboard light stays on even after removing the key from the ignition which drains my battery.
- GPS in dashboard no longer turns on.
- the lock system for the doors is not working properly.

Wells it is a mess, I was wondering if a bad job on rebuilding the alternator can be the cause of all that.
Oh yes also before I only had the P0499 code now I have another code stating I have low voltage on the transmission.

I am wondering if it can be a PCM issue, anyway anybody know how to detect a bad PCM ? Or is it the alternator causing low voltage and all this electrical fiesta ?

If you have any idea, please share them

Thanks

Yes and yes...I had the alternator rebuilt in a shop that does this work since it was cheaper than buying one new and regret that choice since now I have all these other issues and may just have to get a new one. In any case I hope that is it.
Thank you for your feedback it is appreciated!
