2004 pacifica shimmy?

Default 2004 pacifica shimmy?

i just replaced the two outer tie rods and replaced the rear pads on my 04 CP and rotated the tires . now when i get up to 55+ the thing has a shimmy in the wheel HELP!!!
the car isnt pulling it just has a shimmy in the steering wheel under 55 its OK

Did you do an alignment after the tie rods? Even tho it doesn't pull, it doesn't mean your alignment didn't get thrown off (which I would bet it is).

No not yet but its not the alignment that's causing the shimmy. unless im just wrong. im hoping its just the balance of the tires as i cant see any wheel weights on any wheel's

At first you should balance your tires. Sometimes (very seldom) tires do not need to be balanced and it is possible, that namely front tires had good balance, and rear tires did not.
