Default 2004 Pacifica unknow piece

Came out today and saw this hanging down right under the front bumper. The car seems to run and drive fine. Didn't think we would still be driving this car, the frame is toast so hopefully this summer. Car is a regular FWD for what that's worth, and has been an exceptionally reliable car since new. Any help identifying this piece is appreciated. I crawled underneath but don't see anywhere this would attach, rubber connecting hose on one end and the plastic tube is decent thickness. Thank you in advance.

unknown, vacuum?

i don't own your car so no i dont have a picture for it. Remove the air box housing you will likely see the port then also the other end will be on the valve cover or intake

I appreciate your help. I removed the entire air cleaner assembly and see nowhere this would attach, nor do I see anything open on the valve cover or intake. My guess it goes to something like cruise control or something else not used right now. I will have to wait until next weekend when I can get some heat going in the garage to investigate further. I hear no vacuum leaks and drivability does not seem to be affected at all. Its the wife's car so I really hope it doesn't show up during the week. Thanks again for the suggestion!
