Default 2006 Pacifica 3.5L failed rod bearing

I have a Touring model Pacifica AWD with 122,000 miles. It is going to a least need a new crankshaft and a connecting rod on the #2 cylinder. Other than that it is in good shape.

About $7K for a local shop to swap it with a factory rebuilt. I don't think the car is worth that much, so any thoughts on parting it out or replacing the crankshaft?

I did the timing belt and fuel pumps a couple of thousand miles ago.
