The problem I'm having is when I turn the key to ACC everything works. Then when I turn the key to run or start the car the heater, radio, windows, and wipers will not work. I need an electrical diagram. Or some other input on what would cause this problem.

The PCM wires were cut and hacked up. I corrected that last weekend thinking I fixed the problem. This morning I got in and the problem reoccured. Any help or suggestions would be great. I can also describe the problem in more detail if needed.
