That's built that way with all the rattles on purpose, it's meant to soothe babies [sm=roll.gif]
Seriously, when road testing new Pac's when I was looking last year, I found the 17's have a smoother ride than the 19's (which is what I wound up with). I went with the 19's because they were attached to the only loaded Pac I could find.
