Default Instrument Cluster issue

I have 2004 Pacifica with about 111,000 miles and the other day after 9.5 years of ownership is starting to fail. This is my baby and I treat her with extreme care and have 2 other cars that I use to keep her mileage down but the other day when I take the key out of the ignition the instrument cluster stays on. I'm glad I looked inside the car before I went into work or I would've had a dead battery. I haven't taken the car out for almost a week and the battery has been disconnected since it happened. I have tried to see if it was a computer issue and tired to start it up after about 4 days of zero jucie but the same thing happens. I did notice that one day I had water enter the car and the drivers side of the floor was wet and the drivers side of the door and panel were wet too a week before this started to happen. My navi stopped working the day before that panel started acting up. Any ideas as to a fix or solution? I'd love to keep her because she's pretty with the Rims that I have on her but I can't depend on my 99 Expedition and my 03 manual stratus coupe to get me further than they're expected to.
