Default Instrument cluster swap

Does anyone know if its possible to install the instrument cluster from a 2001 Grand Voyager (white dials) into a 1999 Grand Voyager (black dials)?

no but u can install a 1999-2000 town and country white face gages into a 1999 grand voyager.

i'll find out shipping costs. I have a few of them on this side of the pond.
