If the fuseisstillgood try swapping the ASD relay with another same style relay from the fuse panel...like the wiper relay. If That does not help the condition you may want to check wiring going into the bottom of the fuse panel for troubles.

Ive tried it with others as well. No luck just cranking with no start. I really want to resolve this by myself rather than wasting hundreds! Does the PCM module have a relay??
