RUST!!! 2004 Pacifica?

So I am so sad, I found rust on my 2004 pacifica and I am curious if it is common, or covered under warranty? I bought it used, so how does that warranty crap work?

62,000, do you know if the warranty is transferable?

rust perforation should be covered for 60 months or 100,000 milage from the delivery date of the car check with dealer for delivery date
