yes a rubber gasket most of the time u can put it right back on with no issue

I own a 1959 Chrysler Newport, and was wondering if..........

Ok ...Back to reality...

When You remove the Throttlebody....Look into the throat and Look for any "Gouges" or "Scrapes" which may be affecting free movement.....Usually a 1-2-3 Cleaning should straighten it out unless a Bent plate or shaft is Physically Jamming Up.
