Default Parasitic draw with all fuses pulled

2003 PT Cruiser GT Turbo, developed run down battery after 3-4 days sitting. Battery and alternator check good, constant 0.120 to 0.130 amp current draw with all fuses pulled and alternator unplugged. Whit fully charged battery, starter still seems to roll the motor slower than any car I've ever owned. There is no check engine light and I am stumped at what to try next. Any ideas not already published would be greatly appreciated.
