My friend has a 2007 PT Cruiser with around 150,000 miles. Whenever he uses the windshield wipers, they only go VERY slow at the max setting, and then they stop. Otherwise, the wipers don't move at all. We installed a new wiper motor, but that didn't change anything. Anyone know what the issue could be? Any fuses we should check? We couldn't find any fuses or relays for windshield wipers. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
