Default 03 Town and Country cluster inop

Hello and thanks for letting me ask the community for advice. I have a 2003 Chrysler Town and Country and my cluster is totally inop. I tried resetting it,checked all the fuses, disconnected the battery and checked for fault codes and none are present. Thanks very much and any help is most appreciated.

Do your flashers work? I've read of the feed wire to the flasher fuse severing itself due to corrosion. The same fuse feeds power to the cluster. In any case flip the IPM over and inspect for corrosion and broken wires.

I checked the wiring under the ipm and nothing looks to be broken or corroded. I did take the cluster out and the the info bar thats just above the cluster and there is no power or ground going to either of those. Im not talking about the above console info center. Everything else works exceot for the cluster and the bar above it. I tried the self check but the cluster doesnt even come on or anything.
