Default 100,000 mile issues / Questions

Hi, I’ve tried searching old threads so I don’t rehash things but did not find the answers.
A). Is it normal for my temp to read up to 212 on the dash gauge, that seems hot to me. (It was 90F out today and my car varied between about 195-212, then I turned the heat on and it went down to the mid 180,s. I was driving in town and highway
B). I have a CEL Autozone said it was a bad torque converter, ( drives fine) or low trans fluid. I checked the fluid (YouTube engine dip stick method). While hot engine running and in gear the oil level was high - about 60/65 mm.
The dealer had replaced my trans cooler lines about 5 months ago due to leaking. Did I check it wrong? Was it too hot? did the Dealer overfill? Or is my torque converter going bad? ....or could it be a bad read by he autozone “ pro”?
C). I’ve got a loud rattling from the back end underneath right side. Is there a common cause? I’ve been under everywhere ad everything is tight and secure. It only happens when I go over bumps but I can recreate it when I bounce the car myself . My only other thought is a bushing somewhere is going but all seem tight. (Then again they are loaded when I’m checking). Is there a common one that fails at 100K?

thanks!
btw, I did my plugs, pita but not hard. Cured that slight tremor in the idle.
