Default AC/something weird

First off thank you all for your help.
2005 town and country touring
AC works great when going down the highway only; rear and front. When idling the rear is cool, drivers side COLD, passenger side like natural cool air.
Just got it recharged and they couldn't figure it out.
Replaced blend door actuators, all good.
Replaced fan relay, slight improvement from that fix.
Any thoughts, thank you.

Who did the recharge and what type process was used? A DIY top up kit into the low press side can not fix for perfect operation if there was a leak or leak down in the system. ONE compressor works both front and rear, and a LOT of piping for the R-134a to run thru. The system needs to be professionally evacuated and check to hold vacuum(no leaks) and then "recharged" with the proper amount of R-134a to the rear air model specs. Anything less than that amount will cause the concern you have. But I'm betting on leak introduced air in the system as the cause of your concern. GOOD LUCK
