Default 1997 chrysler town and country

Has anyone had to replace the body control module? And, if so, what were the symptoms of the malfunction? I am getting multiple symptoms, and non-consistent . Clicking like a relay gone wild.. behind Junction Box ( fuse box); flashing of on/off light indicators for wipers, ac, windshield heater, chime for key insert even though not in. . -- If battery is disconnected, and some components removed and reset ( instrument cluster, junction box, etc. ) and battery reconnect it will start with a jump. Then most symptoms will seem to disappear, and vehicle will behave as normal. Until... usually after 100-200 miles, it will refuse to start again, and will need a jump.
