Default 2000 t&c 3.8

My van always fired right up on first hit of the key. The fuel pump went bad, replaced pump and gas filter. Now it takes 3 or 4 times to start when cold. Seems ok when hot. Did a fuel pressure test and seems great but not to familiar with fuel injection, yet lol. Any ideas or things I am missing on this issue, thanks.

put the fuel pressure on the port and turn it over watch to see where it stops should be 55 then walk away for a few hours come back then see if the pressure has dropped down below 40 or something like that

I did check, it was at 55. But it dropped fast to 19.

Well after thinking, it most likely is fuel pump related, that is what was changed.

If your son works at a parts store, see if they can get discount Mopar parts from the dealer. I know it works the same for us >>> the other way around.
