Hey guys,

My daughter opened the rear hatch on our T&C using the outside handle and when she went to close it, found it would not latch. Upon closer inspection, she discovered that the latch mechanism was in the locked position...but the door was still open! Can anyone tell me how to reopen the latch so we can close the rear hatch again. We have a couple of zip ties holding it down right now. Also, she said the key fob button for the rear hatch did nothing. Thanks for any help (before it rains again!).
