Hi,

I have a 2011 T & C with about 8000 miles. It has been randomly reseting the MPG when I turn it on. Always resets to 18.7 mpg. At first it was very rare, now it is nearly daily. Also, it called for the first oil change at around 5500 miles. Then it started wanting the next oil change about 1000 miles later?! It also seems like it has started to run a little rough for the first minute or two cold. Seems like something computer related to me. Any clues? I will of course take to a dealer under warranty, but any "heads up" is greatly appreciated.

Flash: Electronic Vehicle Information Center (EVIC) Software Enhancements

OVERVIEW:
This bulletin involves flash reprogramming the Cabin Compartment Node with new
software.

MODELS:
2011 (RT) Town & Country / Grand Caravan

SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
The customer may complain of following conditions following a software reset of the cluster:
· Average Fuel Economy displayed in the EVIC resets to a default value of 18.7 MPG.
· Distance to Empty displayed in the EVIC is based upon a default fuel economy.
· The EVIC does not retain the unit setting (US/Metric) selected in user settings after the cluster has reset.
· Trip A/B counter displayed in the EVIC resets to zero.
· Elapsed time counter displayed in the EVIC resets to zero.
