I have a 2014 town and country van and am not able to open the rear hatch. It was working before the rear window was broken, and when we got the window replaced, the window shop said they had to force the latch closed when they were done. I'm not sure how they forced it closed. Now nothing happens with the key fob button. When i lift the manual latch on the back hatch the actuator tries opening but nothing happens. I can see and hear the latch move a wee bit but then return to the closed position. Any thoughts?
