My 1995 Town & Country has gone totally haywire! It starts just fine but something under or in the dash is clicking loudly and fast! It also causes the wipers to try and move on their own and very lightly blinks the headlights! It does not show the fuel amount either! It's gone totally nuts, wacko! Please help me! Any ideas? Computer????
