97 chrysler town & country steering wheel shakes!! help!!
Hi there!!
I have a 97 town & country lxi 6cyl fwd/ now this is the problem! For some reason the steering wheel shakes a lot and a wobble it feel in the front end when start moving a slow speed! Well it happening even at a faster speed now it getting worst and worst and it's like it coming from the front driver side it's like if it was one of the tire gone bad. But now i had change the tires, the driver and passenger side axles ,driver side hub with bearing and both sides brake rotors! And done wheel alignment, and still the same problem. There's nothing else i can think of that it can be. Some one suggested that it may be the motor mount that may not be center and it can cause the axle to go out of place this thing is driving me crazy. Any one have any suggestion? Help please!!

Thanks for replying!! I may have to check on the tie rods inner and outer see if that solve my problem hope it does. and yes the tires were balanced when I purchased them. the weir thing is that I can feel a wobble in the front end, like one of the tires is bad well it feel like it coming front the driver side.

I noticed that when I took the Inner Tie-rod they were real bad, so thanks guys for your suggestions and ideal. thanks!!

Tie Rod replacement...
I have a 2000 Grand Caravan Sport (yeah...right)...The inner tie rod is suspect in the following: grab drivers side wheel at "9" and "3" and move left and right (in and out) and there is play. Outer rod replaced (was in SUPER bad shape). problem still exists. no play on passenger side. how much of a PITA is it to swap the inner rod? any tricks or tips??? Thanks!!!!
