Default 98 voyager electrical

Bought this new. Been a great vehicle.

All of a sudden, the a/c, rear wipers/washer and defrost switches don't work or even light up. Also only get hot air and then only from defrost vent even after changing the mode control to all positions. Blower seems to work at all speeds (low - high). Checked fuses...all o.k. A few months back, noticed that passenger side window doesn't roll down w/passenger side switch all the time, so sometimes have to use driver switch. Perhaps not connected.

Clues??? Thanks.
