Default aftermarket O2 Sensor causing MIL?

Awhile back I had asked about using a aftermarket O2 Sensor and still receiving the MIL light stating the sensor was defective.
I recently aquired a Autel AL539B OBDII Diagnostic tool and can see live data which I can verify the O2 sensor is working, but for some reason after a couple drive cycles the MIL comes on and I get the DTC codes stating the O2 sensor voltage is to high basically p0138 and I believe p0135 DTC's
Do I need to return thses Bosch O2 sensors and get the Mopar/Dodge/Chrysler factory sensors ?
I know I had to do that with the 2005 T&C and even though what I am working on is a Durango it seems to me the same problem is arising something about the aftermarket sensors is sending incorrect info to cause the MIL to come on.
If I reset the MIL I can get a couple days and read the live data just find but eventually it will again set off the mil.

Bosch O2 sensors do NOT work in Chrysler Vehicles. OEM or NTK are the only ones that do work.
Check out "scanner danner" chrysler on you tube. He proves how and why this is the case.

Oh Good I found the NTK ones and they are only $11 more for both of them, curious though NTK are listed as NGK is this normal?
what are the OEM ones as the NTK (ones I removed) have the exact same # but upstream is AF and Downstream is AG
where the NTK ones I found at Auto zone do not have the AF or AG at least not in their description I have not actually seen the unit in hand yet maybe it has those AF and AG #'s on them.
Only way I knew they were NTK is due to it being stamped on the ring above the nut part.
