Default Automatic transmission problem T&C 2003

Who can help me? I imported a 3.8 LXI T&C2003 from the USA to the Netherlands. Recently I encounered an automatic transmission problem for which it was serviced (€2500). After I got it back, fuel consumption during town rides is much higher than before. Furthermore, I got the feeling that during low speed the engine makes to many rounds per minute. The 3.8l engine is very unusual in the NL. I suspect that they have used parts from the 3.3l engine which is more common here.
Can someone therefore tell me the typical RPMs of the 3.8l engine during 10 mph- 20 mph- 40 mph- and 60 mph rides?
Best regards,
Robert

all of that stuff is based off a speed density equation that u cant change. The tranny will shift based off of engine load, how heavy the van is,how hard u press on the gas and so on. Unless a check engine light is all everything is working to design intent.
