Basically the title. Paid a premium over used for a 430n rhb radio unit. Got it and it has the scratches showing it was previously installed and nics around the bezel.

Seller swears it is new and got it from dealer like that. Seller has thousands of sales and a quite high rating. Is it possible they really got it from dealer like that? If I take it to my local dealer can they confirm if it was bought new as seller said they just got it from their local dealer brand new? Is there a way to view hours used on this thing? Perhaps I can give dealer the serial number of unit?

If it has installation scratches and nics around the bezel then it's not new. Hope you got a partial refund or returned it.
