I have a 98 Town&Country, my brakes of all a sudden started having an issue where it makes a horrible high pitched squeal and they are hard to press as well just in park, when driving the car it is like it doesn't have power brakes anymore.

I checked the fluid and fuses and they are ok. There are no leaks as well.

your brake boosters is leaking air replace the master cyl and brake booster

 

Bad brake booster for sure!
