Question Chrysler Grand Voyager IV 3.3 Limited (12/2000): "P0171 System Too Lean Bank"

Hello.

I have a bug (and other, following extra topics...) in a Grand Voyager IV 3.3 Limited from 12/2000 with ~118,000 miles and LPG.
"P1071 System Too Lean Bank".

What is the most likely cause?
Where do I have to look?
Should I photograph something?

Thanks,
Tobias Claren

Lean must mean lacking fuel in the mix. Like air getting in after the mass flow meter. Have you checked intake manifold hoses/pipes for leaks.

Had the same code and replaced both o2 sensors and problem solved.

Question

Two? These are all?
2 "NGK 6384"?

Could you give me the approximate place?
See Appendix (number and "left" or "right").

On my 2002 grand voyager 3.3 awd the first one is on the exhaust manifoild and the other on the catmuffler. Could be the fuel filter to. Bad filter can also give you this code. I changed the filter and replaced all fuelinjectors also. The engine performed better after this and got better MPG too.

What do I have to check there?
If it is not a defective sensor, then it must have a cause.
Where could the error lie?

I do not use the gasoline fuel injectors. Only at the first 1-2 miles. But this error codes at gasoline or LPG.

Btw: There is a open air sucking hole up left in the cover plate top of the engine.
This is correct? Not for a hose pipe? I f close it with my finger, the engine goes out.
