Sorry to hear all your problems NisCAPE You can buy used keyless entry fob's on ebay for around $20, and they include programming instructions that are pretty simple. I am assuming that your 01 Voyager is equip with keyless entry, if not you cant get a fob to work. Your owners manual also explains how to program additional fob's. So in short, you vehicle has to have keyless entry from factory and you must have one working fob already programmed for you vehicle to program the second one. I bought one on ebay a couple of weeks ago for my 01 T&C ($19.75 including S&H), took me 5 min to program and works great. Good luck on your other problems.
