Door lock pin / plunger is stuck when using remote

Ok

Open the door.....On the rear edge you will see 3 screws, (T30 Torx, or #3 Phillips) where the latching mechanism meets the Door Striker.

When you remove the trim panel, Find the part secured by those three screws......And it will all make sense.

How come you know all this? I see that you've given a lot of advices on this forum. You've worked as a mechanic?
