owell thats my plans gone to shooooooooooooot.
birthday wednesday, booked a day off. and i think i will be up the scrap yard all day.
i did do a trial run using some braided hose to make a connection.....COULD TAKE THE PRESSURE BUT NOT THE HEAT....
and it did run better until the pipe burst.....
im thinking this aint going to be a cheap motor after all.

 

update on the few problems i had?

changed the mprop valve............ticks over sweet now with no dropping in revs at all
changed the fuel pump................ no more high pitched squealing.
connected up the egr valve.........( temp with a bit of tubing) my tube was broke in about 3 places?
while doing all this work i also noticed a carbon tary build up at the bottom of one of the injectors, i think when i get time i will try and whip it out and try and reseal it...
but before i do that i will do a fuel return leak off test....
