Default Front end knocking

Hi - I have a 2006 town & country touring and have been battling with the dealer to have a knocking repaired in the front end. The van has 35,000 miles and has had the sway bar links & bushings replaced along with both lower control arms. I still hear the same knocking at slow speeds over bumps. It is most noticeable at very slow speeds around 5 MPH and cannot be felt through the steering wheel. The knocking persists even while braking. I am looking for other possible causes so that I can tell the dealer how to do their job.

Thanks,

Get them to check the steering rack inner ties, mines were rattling like hell, got them replaced and still heard the same rattling...turned out to be the drop links as well. Did them last weekend and not a knock to be heard!

I had a similar problem on an '01 a few years ago. I don't recall the correct term, but there are mounting "plates" at the top of the shocks/coils in the front that can shift around. I had a non-dealer shop fix these, and the problem went away. it's back now, but I haven't done anything about it. Might see if this rings a bell with a shop.
