I picked up this van a week or so ago and was reading through the manual and noticed it said it has fuses (certain ones) that are only serviceable by repair shop ..

How does the do it your-selfer service these and re-set them ??

Never dealt with them but I think you're talking about the PTC circuit breakers on the junction block under the dash. I've read they can be reset but don't recall how. May be something on them you push or a hole you insert a tool in ????
